Here at Faith Ministries our vision is to Believe in Christ, Grow in Christ and Serve in Christ. In support of that vision, here is what we value:
Creative Communication: We strive to communicate creatively in all we do in a very cutting-edge and culturally relevant way. Galatians 6:5 expresses our creative heartbeat when it tells us that we must all take responsibility for doing the creative best we can with our own lives. We believe that God has gifted us to communicate creatively because people learn better when they see, hear and have fun learning. Doing that doesn’t “dumb down” the gospel, but rather, supports the gospel in order to minister more effectively to people's hearts.
Multi-Cultural: We strive to be a multi-cultural house of worship in an area that boasts no other such churches. Our members do not represent just one culture or race or people, but rather a broad range of God’s people, reflecting the teaching of Galatians 3:28 that “there is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”
Connection Groups: Currently, we have fifty-six different small groups that meet at various times throughout the week.  About a third of our church membership is involved in these small groups, where true discipleship and life transformation happens. It is in our Connection Groups that we nurture the growth aspect of our vision. As Acts 2:46 tells us, “every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts.”
Kids: The fourth value that is near and dear to us and the heart of Christ is kids! In Matthew 19:14, Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." We have a nationally recognized and award-winning event called Kidzstuff that Church Production Magazine honored as most innovative production. The characters that we have created teach our children the word of God in an imaginative and fun way, helping them to grow up both enjoying church and growing in Christ. We have ministries for kids from infancy all the way through their teenage years. These ministries communicate both morality and Christ's gospel message to our young people, so that they can become the generation that seeks God’s face rather than the generation that has no faith.
Souls: Listen once again to the last words of Jesus in Matthew 28:19: “Go and make disciples of all nations...” The Great Commission is not a suggestion to us here at Faith Church. Scripture teaches us that there is more joy in heaven over the conversion of one soul who doesn’t know Christ than there are over 99 Christ-followers who have no need of repentance. (Luke 15:7) This means that we will constantly strive to create an environment that reaches those who need Christ.  This is our highest value of all.
