Amena Brown chats about fixing Broken Record self-messaging

Popular spoken-word poet and author Amena Brown joins Erin, Brenda and Kay to chat about tackling the way we tend to negative self-message. Amena helps us recognize ways we self-talk and turn the talk to good. "What's the truth that I should be repeating vs that ugly message that's been repeating."

Amena challenges and encourages us to discover and re-align broken record messaging to Truth in the most fun, sister-friend sort of way.
