ANONYMOUS INFORMATION AND COOKIES.
When you browse Truli, you are able to do so anonymously. Generally, we don’t collect Personal Information when you browse — not even your email address. Your browser, however, does automatically tell us the type of computer and operating system you are using. Generally, our Site automatically collects usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our site and its components and users who use our applications, similar to TV ratings that indicate how many people watched a particular show. To do this, like most standard website servers, our Site uses log files and cookies. A “cookie” is a small line of text that is stored with your web browser for record-keeping purposes and helps Truli provide better service to you. Your browser has an option to accept, reject, or provide you with notice when a cookie is sent. Once a user enters Truli, a cookie follows them through their click stream path collecting information including internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use only. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to Personal Information. We use the data collected from visitor cookies in aggregate form only and do not tie any Personal Information to the data. Use of this information helps us better understand what users are seeking and learning on Truli and helps us identify potential navigation issues, analyze trends, gather broad demographic information for aggregate use, and provide a better website experience. We do not use this data in a manner that would identify you personally. As part of this use of information, we may provide aggregate information to our partners about how our users, collectively, use our Site. We share this type of statistical data so that our partners can also understand how often people use their services and our Site, so that they, too, may provide you with an optimal online experience. We never disclose aggregate information to a partner in a manner that would identify you personally. Please note: In order to fully enjoy the benefits of being a Truli user, your browser must be set to accept cookies.

This site contains links to other websites. Truli is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. From time to time, users of the Site may have the opportunity to participate in special programs and will be able to opt in to programs that will transfer their information to other services. This will occur only with prior permission from you. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.
Our Site makes chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your Personal Information.
Your account is password-protected so that only you and authorized Truli employees have access to your account information. In order to maintain this protection, do not give your password to anyone. If someone who represents to you that they are Truli staff asks for any personal account information, including password, check their URL and if their email does not come from the domain name truli.net or trulimediagroup.com then they are not Truli staff. Also, if you share a computer, you should sign out of your account and close the browser window before someone else logs on. This will help protect your information entered on public terminals from disclosure to third parties.

You may edit your profile at any time with just your username and password. So that we can protect the integrity of sensitive data, there are certain pieces of information, such as your age, that you cannot alter yourself. For example, since children under 18 are not allowed to register as Truli users, we need to take reasonable measures to preserve the accuracy of our users' ages. Our databases automatically update any personal information you edit in your profile, or that you request we edit (and that is eligible for editing).
