Truli Media Group, Inc. (OTCQB: TRLI), parent company of Truli.Net, a global faith-based & family friendly media content platform and social community hub, has added three veteran executives from Christian ministry and the entertainment industry.
Dick Rolfe is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Dove Foundation. Dove, established in 1991, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to encouraging the entertainment industry to create, produce and distribute a greater proportion of movies that are appropriate for family viewing (www.dove.org).
For the past 20 years Mr. Rolfe has made Hollywood the focus of his work, building relationships with entertainment executives and filmmakers; encouraging them to create more movies that are suitable for family viewing. He directed The Dove Foundation’s landmark studies examining the correlations between film ratings and profitability.
In addition to his usual written commentaries, Rolfe has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, USA TODAY, Variety, Billboard, Hollywood Reporter, Premiere Magazine, Forbes, The Washington Post, The New York Times and The Financial Times.
Prior to The Dove Foundation, Rolfe held senior management positions in radio, television and magazine publishing. In 1993, he produced “Hollywood's Impact on Family Values,” a television special hosted by entertainment legend Steve Allen. He has served on advisory boards for 20th Century Fox’s “FoxFaith” division, Mott Children’s Hospital at The University of Michigan Medical Center, and Compass College of Cinematic Arts. He is also a member of Biola University’s Studio Taskforce.
Commenting on his appointment to the Advisory Board, Mr. Rolfe said, “Michael is a pioneer in television distribution and has built successful companies throughout his business life. His latest creation, Truli.Net, is an innovative platform for Christian and family-friendly content that features Dove approved films. Michael’s insights into new media and content distribution make our newly formalized affiliation an excellent value added for both Dove and Truli.Net.”

Cooke is the founder of Cooke Pictures and has worked with Joel Osteen, Billy Graham, and Walt Disney Studios on film projects such as The Chronicles of Narnia, Benjamin Button, The Book of Eli and The Blind Side. Cooke is also an internationally known author (Jolt, Branding Faith, The Last TV Evangelist) and speaker who has produced media programming in more than 40 countries.
According to former CNN journalist Paula Zahn, “Cooke is rare – a working producer in Hollywood with a Ph.D. in Theology.” He’s appeared on MSNBC, CNBC and CNN, and his work has been profiled in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times and The Wall Street Journal.
“I have always widely respected Michael throughout his endeavors with Telepictures, LorimarTelepictures and Warner Bros. I am thrilled to be a part of his new venture that is revolutionizing online media for the Evangelical Christian world,” says Cooke.
Senior Pastor Phil Munsey brings more than 36 years of experience to the Advisory Board, having served as a full time minister since 1976. Raised in a pastor’s home, Munsey has a rich spiritual legacy. He is Senior Pastor of The Life Church, in Irvine, California, which he and his wife, Jeannie Munsey, founded in January 1985.
Known as an influencer among influencers, Munsey serves on several worldwide faith-based organizations including: Chairman of the Champion Network (local church affiliates of Joel Osteen and Lakewood Church-the nation’s largest congregation). His communication skills have made him a sought after speaker in conferences, churches and is one of the most frequent guests & hosts of the largest Christian television network in the world. Munsey has also authored several books & booklets, including the highly acclaimed book, Legacy Now! Why Everything About You Matters! endorsed by Pastor Rick Warren, John Maxwell, Don Piper, the late Oral Roberts and Art Linkletter.
“Being the Pastor of a church, I see the importance in reaching those beyond the pews,” says Pastor Munsey. “With Truli.Net the Gospel can be heard worldwide from the comfort of one’s home, through a phone or tablet. Truli is uniting the Evangelical community all around the world thanks to Michael Jay Solomon and his great team.”
